In year 2008 Government of Maharastra decided to generate excess electrical power from sugar factory as a Bagasse Based co-generation plant ,and to minimize the shortage of power in this connection thay have issued a Government Resulution and select only 55 economical,technical competent sugar plant,and we are one of them.
Our Management has decided to install 15 MW cogeneration plant along with essetional modernization in sugar plant. Total project cost as per DPR is 7800,66 lacs for the technical consultancy karkhana has appointed to VASANT DADA SUGAR INSTITUTE,PUNE Finacial support taken from MAHARASTRA CO.OPP.Bank & SUGAR DEVELOPMENT FUND,DELHI karkhana own contributed 10% of total project cost.
actual erecting activities started of plant in december 2010,Reference to plant and machinery purchase,Management strictly insistent to purchase only Quality,efficient,technicaly best and reputed Suppliers like bioler of thermax ltd. turbine of KEPL(kirlosker Ebara & Ecol Zech Collaborated) etc Our Plant errection complited in 2012.and on 28 dec. 2012 karkhana has started to generate and export electrical power from Co-Generation plant.
In trial season,our CO-generation plant is generated 2.56 crore units and exports 1.75 crore units to MSEDCL in 97 days We are improving some equipments and complited six crushing season successfully.Till date we are generate near about 26.82 Crore units and 17.73 Crore units exports to MSEDCL in 834 Days.
